Join Nicholas Shoesmith for a 1.5hr ballet class at The Dance Factory, 142 Calder St, Glasgow The class is tailored to professionals, advanced students and ex-professionals looking to continue their physical training. He will be running two classes a week to cater to a vast array of varying schedules and availability. 1. Eligibility These classes are intended for professional or pre-professional dancers undertaking continued training. By booking, you confirm that this level of training is appropriate for you. 2. Health & Fitness Responsibility Participation in dance training involves inherent physical risks. By booking a class, you confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate and that you take full responsibility for your own health and fitness. You agree to: Monitor your own physical condition during classes. Warm up appropriately and manage your own workload. Inform the teacher of any injury, condition, or limitation that may affect your participation. 3. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the organiser shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where such injury or loss is caused by proven negligence. Participation is at your own risk. 4. Studio & Facilities Classes take place in hired studio spaces. Responsibility for the condition and safety of the premises rests with the venue. Participants agree to follow all studio rules and guidelines. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Participant cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a refund. To cancel, please contact organizer directly at contact@nicholas-shoesmith.com. Processed manually. No refunds or credits are offered for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time. No refunds for non-attendance. Organiser Cancellations: In the event that the organiser cancels a class, participants will be offered a full refund. Photography/Video: Classes may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. 6.
